Ecogreen Oleochemicals ist einer der weltweit führenden Hersteller von natürlichen Fettsäurealkoholen und betreibt Produktionsstandorte in Indonesien (Batam), Singapur (Jurong Island), Deutschland (Dessau-Roßlau) und Frankreich (Saint Pierre Les Elbeuf). In Batam werden gesättigte Fettsäurealkohole in verschiedenen Schnitten (C8 bis C18), ungesättigte Fettsäurealkohole (Oleylalkohole), Oleinsäure, raffiniertes Glycerin und Specialty Esters wie Medium Chain Triglycerides (MCT) hergestellt. Die 1988 gegründete Ethoxylierungsanlage EMPL in Singapur produziert Fettsäurealkohol-Ethoxylate. Die deutsche Tochter DHW Deutsche Hydrierwerke GmbH Rodleben, 1916 gegründet und seit Anfang der 1930er Jahre weltweit erster Hersteller natürlicher Fettsäurealkohole, fertigt ungesättigte und verzweigt gesättigte Fettsäurealkohole, Fettsäuren, Fettester, Fettamine sowie Sorbitol-Pulver. E&S Chimie in Frankreich stellt Ethoxylate, Estersulfate und Fettalkoholsulfate her. Rund 1.000 Mitarbeitende weltweit beliefern Branchen wie Haushalts- und Reinigungsmittel, Kosmetik, Pharma, Lebensmittel, Schmierstoffe und Futtermittel; Vertriebsbüros bestehen in Singapur, Deutschland und den USA.
