Die Global Retool Group (GRG) ist ein international tätiger Anbieter für Retooling, Retrofitting, Überholung und Servicing von Werkzeugmaschinen sowie für Vorrichtungsbau und Turnkey-Automation in der Schweiß- und Schleiftechnik. Am Hauptsitz in Lebach (GRG Europe) werden Schweißvorrichtungen und automatisierte Schweißanlagen – MIG, TIG, Punktschweißen und Laserschweißen, inklusive roboterintegrierter Zellen und vollautomatisierter Linien – von der Konstruktion über die Fertigung in einer eigenen Maschinenwerkstatt bis zur Montage und Inbetriebnahme vor Ort entwickelt. Dazu kommen automatisierte Schleifsysteme sowie komplette Systemumzüge mit Demontage, Logistikkordination, Remontage und Erprobung. Die Leistungsspektrum richtet sich vor allem an die Automobilindustrie, u. a. Motoren- und Antriebsproduktion, prismatische Teile und Karosseriebau. Neben dem europäischen Hauptsitz betreibt GRG Standorte in New Hudson, Michigan (GRG America) und Ramos Arizpe, Mexiko (GRG Mexico). Das Unternehmen geht auf eine 1881 gegründete Werkzeugmaschinen-Tradition (SIEPMANN) zurück und formiert sich seit 2004 als Global Retool Group.
