About 1TECOplast
1TECOplast is a medium-sized company founded in 1997 and based in Waldachtal (Salzstetten district), specialising in the machining of technical precision parts made of thermoplastic plastics. Production is carried out according to drawing or sample using CNC-controlled turning and milling machines with CAD-CAM support. All thermoplastic plastics available on the semi-finished products market are processed – from standard materials such as PE, PP and PVC through engineering plastics such as PA, POM and PMMA to high-performance plastics such as PEEK, PVDF, PTFE and PPS/PPSU as well as fibre-reinforced plastics. In addition, the company offers plastic welding of containers, modules and pipes, bonding and joining, post-processing of injection-moulded parts, and assembly of subassemblies. According to the certificate, the scope also includes the machining of non-ferrous metals. Lot sizes range from prototypes and small series to thousand-unit series. Customers come from industries such as medical and pharmaceutical technology, mechanical engineering, plant engineering for wet-chemical processes (electronics, photovoltaics, semiconductors), food technology, and aerospace.

Quality
The quality management system has been certified to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 since 2000 and is supported by ERP and PPS systems. For the measurement of dimensions and tolerances, optical setting stations and 3D coordinate measuring systems are used; first article inspection reports, works test certificates according to DIN EN 10204 and RoHS/REACH conformity confirmations are available.
