3CS stands for Concrete, Construction, Chemistry Solutions and is a brand of STT GmbH for specialty products in concrete construction. The portfolio comprises concrete admixtures, release agents (emulsions, emulsion concentrates, mineral and plant-based release agents, mixer protection, form wax), mass hydrophobic treatments, macro and micro fibres as well as certified curing agents. The products optimise the properties of concrete, improve surface quality in architectural concrete, facilitate the demoulding of concrete forms, reduce water absorption and enhance mechanical properties. Fields of application include precast elements, ready-mixed concrete, concrete products, concrete roof tiles, self-compacting concrete, screed and architectural concrete. In addition to products, 3CS offers services such as plant support, product analyses, laboratory work, private label, technical support and sales partnerships. In 2025, the solvent-free hydrophobic treatment 3CS® ConGuard HYDRO SURFACE 606 was introduced; furthermore, the company is involved in materials research for large-scale heat storage systems.
