About 3D Druck Life
3D Druck Life is a manufacturing service provider based in Zweibrücken in the Saarland, specializing in industrial components. The company produces spare parts, machine components, prototypes and wear parts when original parts are no longer available or conventional CNC manufacturing is not economically viable. Every production job starts with a technical component analysis comparing additive manufacturing, CNC machining and hybrid solutions. The service portfolio includes reverse engineering with 3D scanning and CAD reconstruction, design, 3D printing of plastics and metals (FDM/SLM), CNC post-machining as well as post-processing and finishing such as sandblasting, barrel finishing, polishing, coating, ESD treatment and heat treatment. Materials used include, among others, aluminum alloys, stainless steel, tool steel, Inconel, titanium, copper alloys, engineering plastics such as PEEK, PA6 GF30, ASA, ABS and TPU, as well as aluminum oxide ceramics. Customers come from mechanical engineering, automotive, motorsport, aerospace, medical technology, electronics, tool and mold making as well as the chemical and food industries.
