About 3D Druck Service Frankfurt

3D Druck Service Frankfurt is a sole proprietorship based in Frankfurt am Main (Alt-Zeilsheim 3) that grew out of an online marketing agency and a private passion. The company operates a 3D printer farm with industrial FDM/FFF 3D printers (including Raise3D Pro2 Plus dual extruder) as well as SLA printing (stereolithography) with the complete Formlabs resin range. It manufactures prototypes, functional prototypes, usable parts, pre-series and small series from 1 to 20,000 units, plus trade fair, planning and architectural models as well as spare part reproduction for classic cars and machinery. In addition, the company offers 3D scanning (metrology scan, accuracy down to 0.010 mm), reverse engineering, CAD design, CAD comparison measurement as well as tool and fixture making. FDM tolerance is ±0.3% (±0.3 mm) and the maximum build volume is 800×800×1000 mm. Customers include automotive/motorsport, mechanical engineering, medical technology, casting and injection molding technology, aviation, as well as museums and the design/architecture sector. Post-processing includes washing, UV post-curing, sanding, priming and painting.
