About 3Dpersolutions

3Dpersolutions is a service provider specialized in additive manufacturing, based in Gelsenkirchen-Buer in the Ruhr region. The company produces prototypes, one-off parts and small series using FDM, SLA and SLS processes; a self-developed large-format printer enables parts with a build volume of up to 1 m³. In addition to standard plastics such as PLA, ABS, PETG and TPU, high-performance materials such as PPA-GF, PPA-CF and PEEK are processed. The process chain includes 3D scanning and reverse engineering, CAD design, manufacturing, as well as post-processing and finishing such as vapor smoothing, painting, electroplating or mirror chrome plating. Customers come from industry and trade, automotive/motorsport, healthcare (prosthetics and orthotics), art, architecture and museums – including Ten Brinke, RV-Tech, Lenner GmbH and the Bottrop Museum. The company personally supports projects from the first idea through to series production, including short-notice manufacturing.

Materials and Processes

FDM

FDM printing (Fused Deposition Modeling)

Layer-by-layer deposition of plastic filaments for prototypes, functional parts and automated small series.

SLA

SLA printing (stereolithography)

UV-cured resins for highly detailed parts with smooth surfaces and no visible layer structure.

SLS

SLS printing (laser sintering)

Laser-sintered plastic powder for stable, complex geometries without support structures.

PLA

PLA

Standard filament with good post-processing options for prototypes and design objects.

ABS

ABS

Tough standard plastic for functional parts and chemical smoothing.

PETG

PETG

Robust filament for durable everyday and industrial applications.

TPU

TPU

Soft elastic material for rubber-like, flexible parts.

PPA-GF

PPA-GF (glass-fiber-reinforced polyphthalamide)

High stiffness and temperature resistance for mechanically stressed parts such as brackets and jigs.

PPA-CF

PPA-CF (carbon-fiber-reinforced polyphthalamide)

Particularly stiff and lightweight parts with improved dimensional stability under load.

PEEK

PEEK (polyether ether ketone)

High-performance plastic with excellent temperature and chemical resistance for demanding industrial applications.

SLA-Harz

Standard, tough, flexible and specialty resins

Resin selection ranging from finely detailed design models to robust parts and heat-resistant and transparent variants.
