About the Office
3G Plan GmbH is a garden and landscape architecture office based in Potsdam, focusing on landscape architecture, open space planning as well as green space and outdoor facility management. For housing associations, cities, municipalities and property management companies, the office develops complex green management concepts with components such as green space maintenance including winter services, playground cadastre with inspection, maintenance and play sand care, tree cadastre, maintenance of technical and structural facilities as well as AVA including contract design. Based on an inventory of all relevant areas, management and maintenance plans are created for individual area types or the entire green space stock, with transparent and comparable cost calculation. Maintenance has traditionally been an important pillar of the office's activities; through optimized operating processes and cost-effective contractors, the quality and costs of maintenance are improved.
