4wheel24 GmbH in Hasloch (Bavaria) builds expedition vehicles and world-travel motorhomes individually to customer specification – from the base vehicle through intermediate frames, tyre conversion and suspension to the living cabin and its optimisation. The company works with new and used vehicles, including decommissioned fire brigade vehicles (e.g. MAN F90, MAN HX 60, Mercedes 1124/1224/1428 AF), whose technology is often fully mechanical and therefore easy to repair even in remote regions. The in-house MOX living cabins are produced in GFK or aluminium versions, on request with windows, doors and hatches as well as intermediate frames for numerous base vehicles. Cabins are painted using the Glaso-Protect process (Raptor coating). In addition, 4wheel24 manufactures the HUD diesel filter with anti-diesel-pest technology (HUD 300/600) as well as its own Tire-X tyre pressure system for inflating and deflating tyres from the driver's cab. The company offers turnkey vehicles as well as support for self-builders, an accessories shop, and tours and workshops, including to Tunisia/North Africa.
