4WHEELS specializes in professional wheel and tire management, offering services around the wheel with complementary offerings for wheel storage and wheel changes. Target groups are car dealerships and dealership groups of almost all brands throughout Germany as well as OEMs and fleet customers. At over 60 locations, customer wheels undergo an extensive diagnostic and refurbishment process including laser measurement, condition and safety checks with photographic documentation. In the OEM business, individual processes are offered, from seasonal re-fitting of entire fleets to nationwide just-in-time delivery of individual components and the recycling of old wheels. The offering is complemented by new tire mounting including balancing, wheel logistics with pickup and delivery, storage in the RäderHotel, and the IRIS IT platform for data and inspection reports and appointment coordination via interfaces to dealership systems.

The TÜV-certified WheelInspection checks wheels and tires for defects and damage using laser measurement and records all relevant wheel set data in the database. Since 2017, an in-house process and quality team led by Hans-Dieter Hinsch has ensured internal and external audits, process improvements and training programs.
