About us

A.D.O. Mechatronische Systeme GmbH is a family-owned company founded in 2001 and headquartered in Schweinfurt, specializing in contract CNC machining of highly complex turned and milled parts. Its 30-strong team manufactures quantities from 1 piece up to series production of 100,000 pieces; standard parts are machined with a maximum weight of 250 kg and dimensions of 1,500 x 1,000 mm (milling) or Ø650 mm (turning). Complete machining from a single source ensures tighter form and position tolerances as well as greater process reliability. Services include CNC turning, CNC milling, grinding, sawing, laser marking on a 5-axis laser marker, as well as gear cutting of components in a single operation. The broad materials portfolio includes steel, stainless steel, castings, aluminium, copper, brass, titanium, nickel alloys such as Inconel and Hastelloy, plastics, graphite as well as tungsten and molybdenum alloys. Customers come from more than 15 industry sectors, including shipbuilding, research, vacuum technology and medical technology. Since around 2023, the company has been producing in a newly built industrial hall on Straßburgstraße in the Schweinfurt Main valley; in 2025 a close partnership with HWS Lasertechnik GmbH was sealed.
