A&G Stahlverarbeitungs- und Vertriebs GmbH is an owner-managed company founded in 2002, headquartered in Saalfeld on the Saale river. The company is a specialised dealer for fence and gate systems – from double wire mesh fences to ornamental and wrought iron fences to gabions, gate systems and terrace privacy screens – and offers installation including on-site measurement. In addition, A&G Stahl performs steel further processing in-house and with partner companies: sawing, drilling, milling, welding (welding approval DIN 18800-7 Class E), flame-cut parts up to 1,100 mm material thickness, plasma, laser and waterjet cutting, tube and 3D laser processing, bent parts up to 12,000 mm length, turned and milled parts to drawing as well as 3D printing from plastics to stainless steel. In its own bending shop, rebar products (B500B/RPR) are manufactured with MFPA certificate of conformity. The company supplies more than 500 construction and trade firms as well as private, commercial and industrial customers with its own vehicle fleet including a semi-trailer truck in the region, in Thuringia and nationwide. On the company premises at An der Heide 20, a 300 m² indoor and a 300 m² outdoor exhibition are available, along with the online shop Auf-Mass24.de.
