About KAYSER Automotive

A. Kayser Automotive Systems GmbH is a family-owned company steeped in tradition, headquartered in Einbeck and a systems supplier to the automotive industry. The company develops and manufactures highly complex assemblies and ready-to-install systems in the fields of fluid management, emission control, thermal management and new energy vehicles (PHEV, BEV, hydrogen) for virtually all major automotive manufacturers. Manufacturing encompasses extrusion blow molding, injection molding of plastics and elastomers, mono- and multilayer hose extrusion, welding and joining of plastics and metals, thermoforming of hoses, and fully and semi-automated assembly – from prototype to high-volume production. In its own engineering department, systems are designed using CAD systems (Creo, CATIA V5, Siemens NX), simulated and validated in an in-house test field. The group operates production sites in Germany, Poland, Spain, Hungary, Bulgaria, the USA, Mexico and China, as well as sales offices in the USA, India, China and Japan.
