A. Liersch GmbH develops and manufactures sewing automats of the 506 and 606 series in Bad Oldesloe, as well as special machines, production lines and fully automated manufacturing solutions for the processing of technical textiles. The portfolio comprises industrial sewing machines from leading manufacturers, ultrasonic, hot-air and hot-wedge welding technology, band cutting and trimming machines, ironing systems, the patented TMS thread monitoring system with over 99% accuracy, as well as clamp systems and cutting solutions. This is complemented by an in-house workshop providing maintenance and repair for nearly all manufacturers, on-site service throughout Europe and worldwide, and a spare parts supply with over 1,000,000 parts in the inventory management system. In-house research and development departments implement projects ranging from aerospace to lightweight-construction pressure tanks for compressed hydrogen. Customers come from automotive, medical technology, outdoor, fashion products and future technologies; around 50% of revenue is generated internationally.
