About a pinch of salt
a pinch of salt is a ceramics and food project by Tamara Pešić, based in Offenbach am Main. The studio designs and produces everyday objects and ceramic vessels, such as butter dishes, in small handcrafted batches. In addition, workshops are offered: handbuilding and wheel-throwing courses, as well as fermentation workshops and tastings on the art of fermentation. The offering is complemented by recipes and food content, such as a recipe for fermented cucumbers. The studio is open by appointment only; pickups are possible on Thursdays and Saturdays at fixed times. The operation is craft- and art-oriented and is not organized as an industrial manufacturing business.
