A & R Hydraulik GbR, based in Münster, is a mobile service partner for hydraulic systems in the Münsterland region and part of the nationwide Indunorm system partner network with more than 55 system partners. The company manufactures ready-to-install high-pressure hose lines directly on site in a 24-hour service: the defective hose or pipe line is removed, the connection type and dimensions are defined, and the new line is immediately reinstalled. The Sprinter service vehicles carry around 2,000 items on board; hoses are assembled up to 40 mm nominal diameter, and pipe lines up to 42 mm nominal diameter are bent on the service vehicle. Oversizes and non-standard connection fittings from nominal diameters above DN32 are assembled at the business office in Münster. The range of services includes hydraulic hose and fitting assembly, disassembly and installation of hydraulic lines, pipe construction, level, function and leak testing, preventive maintenance, on-site prototype creation as well as overhaul maintenance. Using hydraulic pressure impulse testing according to DIN EN ISO 6803, the durability of the hose lines is tested; the products thereby achieve a safety factor of 4 relative to the operating pressure. In addition, level, function and leak tests are performed on systems and machines.
