The A. Sievers GmbH is a family business founded in 1976 in Hemmingen near Hannover, now run by the third generation, which manufactures vehicle license plates, special plates, design plates, information signs and industrial signs made of high-quality aluminium. The production range comprises embossed and non-embossed Euro license plate blanks, insurance plates, fun plates as well as the self-illuminating G-elumic® luminous license plate. In addition, the company develops and manufactures hydraulic embossing machines, hot embossing machines and embossing tools for plate production and offers maintenance, repair and on-site service also for third-party products. The portfolio also includes vehicle stickers, license plate holders, accessories such as hot embossing foils as well as logistics and fulfillment services including dropshipping. Customers include registration services, car dealerships, car rental companies, fleet operators, automobile manufacturers and plate embossing stations; the company also offers mobility services for vehicle registration and deregistration. Development, production and sales take place at the headquarters in Hemmingen (Lower Saxony); further locations provide registration services.

Quality & Certification
All materials and finished products undergo extensive quality controls; before delivery, all products are inspected once again. The company has been EMAS-certified since 2025 and supports plate embossing stations with MPA testing according to DIN 74069, DIN-CERTCO certification and the DIN stamp.
