About ab&cd innovations
ab&cd innovations was founded in 2011 by chemist Dr. Amitava Kundu and has been dedicated from the very beginning to developing processes for recovering valuable materials from industrial residues. Building on industrial experience gained, the field of activity was expanded towards technology scouting. The company supports manufacturing companies in improving efficiency and in transforming production methods and business models to shape modern European production. Its range of services includes trend and tech scouting, consulting on digitalization, robotics, automation and AI, as well as efficiency consulting for production, energy and resource management. As a resource hub, the company optimally utilizes existing material flows (residue – raw material) to combine sustainability with economic viability. The work is carried out confidentially, independently, and in collaboration with a network of technology developers, universities and research institutions. The company's work received multiple awards between 2012 and 2015.
