AB-tron Entwicklungs GmbH manufactures custom OEM laser modules under the Lasertechs brand at its site in Aschaffenburg. The product range includes laser diode modules emitting in the visible range (e.g. 375, 405, 445, 473, 520, 635 to 690 nm) as well as in the near-infrared range (e.g. 780 to 1550 nm), compact green DPSS modules and LED modules across a broad wavelength spectrum. The products are based on a modular design with standards, options and variants, allowing easy integration into customer systems. The offerings include, in addition to series production, fully custom OEM designs, consulting on individual solutions, and framework agreements with long-term availability. The modules are used, among other things, in machine tools (laser cutting, welding, structuring), in industrial image processing and metrology, in medical technology and laboratory applications, in logistics and warehousing, as well as in the textile and woodworking industries. Applications include alignment, positioning, piloting, light-section methods, surface inspection and quality control.
