Founded in 2005 by Dipl.-Ing. (architect) Jörg Schiefelbein, the owner-managed company carries out around 300 to 350 projects annually and has completed more than 6,000 remediation projects since its establishment. The range of services includes retrofitted horizontal barriers using paraffin injection into masonry, exterior and interior waterproofing, crack injection into concrete components, restoration plaster, mould removal, interior insulation, climate boards, drying systems as well as basement floor, balcony and garage remediation. Integrated into the ISOTEC Group with its own research and development department, tested remediation products such as special paraffin, bitumen thick coatings and liquid plastics are used. The company is TÜV Rheinland certified, works according to current standards and offers up to 10 years of warranty for selected services. Its service area covers the districts of Starnberg, Fürstenfeldbruck, Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Landsberg am Lech and Weilheim; reference customers include the Maximilianeum and Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München.

Injected into the dried-out masonry during horizontal barrier installation, permanently stopping capillary water transport.
Masonry and concrete
Building materials of the buildings to be remediated, including crack injection for crack widths above 0.2 mm.
Bitumen thick coating (ISOTEC-VAS)
Two-layer waterproofing with fabric reinforcement and a total thickness of at least 4 mm for exterior waterproofing.
Polymeric thick coating (ISOTEC combination flexible waterproofing)
