About ABECARE
ABECO Industrie-Computer GmbH, based in Straelen (NRW), manufactures under the ABECARE brand the ADDCARE product line: contactless hand disinfection stations with integrated digital signage. The devices feature a 21.5" Full HD display with Android operating system, a proximity sensor for touchless activation, fill-level detection with warning messages to the responsible staff, as well as a lockable metal housing with a removable collection container. Optionally available are a camera, 4G modem, contactless body temperature measurement and individual RAL colors. Management of the device fleet and display content (graphics, videos, web pages) is handled via an online portal with central content updates and time scheduling. Development includes cooling system and housing design as well as electronics and firmware development. The product was created in the context of the Covid-19 pandemic in 2020 and is aimed at restaurants, supermarkets, hotels, canteens, corporate foyers, pharmacies and factory entrances. The parent group also supplies computer hardware for medicine, biotechnology and research.
