About Abwassertechnik Windgassen

Abwassertechnik Windgassen is a family-owned company from Gevelsberg specializing in the production, development, trade and distribution of wastewater treatment chemicals. The product range includes precipitation agents based on calcium carbonate, bentonite, hydrated lime, aluminum chloride and activated carbon as well as anionic and cationic flocculants, iron(II) sulfate for chromium reduction, organic heavy-metal precipitants and defoamers. The products are used for precipitation, flocculation and clarification of industrial, technical and electroplating wastewater contaminated with heavy metals such as copper, chromium, zinc, nickel or aluminum as well as with paints, oils, COD, fluorides and sulfates. In-house laboratory wastewater analysis by spectrophotometer (cuvette tests) is offered to tailor the products individually to the customer's wastewater. Customers include companies from electroplating, printed circuit board manufacturing, powder and KTL (electrodeposition) coating, aluminum finishing, stainless steel pickling, waste management and dairies. Delivery is by freight forwarder within 24–48 hours; the company is certified to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015.
