ABZ Zierler Gesellschaft m.b.H. & Co KG, headquartered in Bad Ischl (Upper Austria), has been implementing technical solutions for mechanical water and wastewater treatment in the municipal and industrial sectors for more than 30 years. The company manufactures screening and filtration systems such as raked bar screens, bow screens, drum screens, drum filters and compact systems, as well as grit washers, screenings washers, screw conveyors, screw presses, heat exchangers and oil separators. Production is carried out mainly in stainless steel (including 1.4301, 1.4571, 1.4404, 1.4401) and includes pre-fabrication, final fabrication, waterjet cutting as well as locksmith and forging work in special machinery construction. Design support includes process engineering consulting, 3D construction, test rigs for practical design validation, installation and service. Customers include municipal wastewater treatment plants as well as the food, beverage, paper, wood, chemical and recycling industries. Production is distributed across two plants in Bad Ischl: Plant 1 (pre-fabrication, Jainzentalstraße 36) and Plant 2 (final fabrication, Kreuterer Straße 19a).
