About AC Mechanik
AC Mechanik is a CNC service provider founded in 2008, based in Welzheim-Breitenfürst near Stuttgart, which manufactures precise metal components using CNC milling (3-axis and 5-axis) and CNC turning. Complex components are created with CAM programming and simulation; all milling centers are equipped with Heidenhain controls. The range of services includes sawing, surface grinding and laser marking as well as anodizing and hard anodizing in the company's own facility. Further surface and heat treatment processes such as plasma nitriding, hardening, galvanizing or nickel plating are handled via a partner network. Quality assurance is carried out, among other things, on a Zeiss 3D coordinate measuring machine with measurement logging and customer-specific sampling processes. Customers come from the pharmaceutical and packaging industries as well as (custom) mechanical engineering. An in-house truck with a 12 t payload ensures daily tours for material procurement and on-time delivery, including express production.

Quality Assurance
Quality assurance includes 100% inspection with limit and bore measuring plugs, height and roughness depth measuring devices as well as measurement on a Zeiss 3D coordinate measuring machine. Customer-specific drawing characteristics are documented in measurement protocols, and defined sampling processes are carried out for series parts.
