About Acapella Audio Arts
Acapella Audio Arts is a German loudspeaker manufacturer based in Duisburg that has been developing and handcrafting high-end loudspeaker systems for over 45 years. The portfolio comprises compatible systems ranging from the compact Harlekin 2 to the 2.30 m tall, 620 kg Sphäron Excalibur, complemented by the company's own handcrafted Energèia amplifier line (tube-hybrid preamplifiers and power amplifiers in mono and stereo versions). According to the company, all components – drivers, cabinets, crossovers and internal wiring – are developed and manufactured in-house. Characteristic technologies include hyperspherical horns (up to 1050 mm in diameter), the Ion Tweeter TW 1-S, and pure silver wiring. The loudspeakers are individually made in Germany; horns are available in nearly all automotive paint colors and cabinets in acrylic colors at no extra charge. Customers are audiophiles and high-end dealers; the company presents itself at international trade fairs such as IFA Berlin, High End and the Audio Video Show Warsaw. In addition to its manufacturing address in Duisburg, Acapella operates the Sonic Sanctuary showroom in Isen near Munich.
