About Acara Silva
Acara Silva is a furniture company founded in 2020 by Thomas Wagner and based in Augsburg that manufactures custom solid wood furniture to customer specification. The focus is on living room, work and bedroom furniture as well as small furniture items such as lecterns, nightstands, key holders and stools. Production takes place in partner carpentries in Germany using traditional craftsmanship, exclusively with 100% renewable electricity or the company's own solar power. The wood used comes from sustainable, FSC- or PEFC-certified forestry in Germany; the only exception is Swiss stone pine, which is sourced from Austria. Customers can choose from over 20 domestic wood species; surfaces are treated with natural oils and natural waxes. The company values short delivery routes, durable and ergonomic products, and regional value creation from tree to finished piece of furniture.
