About Acorn Treppenlifte

Acorn Treppenlifte GmbH is the German branch of the internationally active stairlift manufacturer Acorn Stairlifts with its head office in Steeton, Great Britain. Acorn develops and manufactures stairlifts for straight staircases (Acorn 130), curved staircases (Acorn 180) as well as outdoor stairs. Production takes place exclusively in its own Western European plants; the rails of the FastTrack® system are made of lightweight yet highly stable aluminium. Installation is carried out directly on the staircase without structural modifications, supported by a modular rail system that enables installation within a few hours. The products are tested by independent bodies in accordance with BS EN 81-40:2008 and ISO 9386-2:2000 and exported to more than 80 countries. In addition to the headquarters in Düsseldorf, there is a nationwide service network throughout Germany with annual maintenance and service packages.
