About ACTIVOMED
ACTIVO-MED GmbH was founded in 1999 and develops and manufactures systems that support therapy and training for equestrian sports. The focus is on the IMPULSELINE products based on pulsed electromagnetic fields (PEMF), combined with massage, vibration and Wave-Light-Pulse technology (WLP). The portfolio includes magnetic field blankets in several versions (Professional 2.0, Carbon, Relax, Light One), boots, hoof boots, the WLP PowerPad, WLP Shower, WLP Pointer and the Canine dog mat. The systems consist of textile applicators with integrated magnetic field coils, vibration and LED modules, as well as the company's own multifunction or micropulse control units. Production takes place in a manufactory in the Lower Saxony municipality of Mechtersen, carefully handcrafted as Made in Germany; processing materials are breathable textiles with hydrophobic filament yarn fibers, carbon-look yarn fibers, polyamide and lead-gel batteries. Customers include riders, veterinarians, equine therapists, therapy centers and veterinary clinics; a worldwide dealer network distributes the products. ACTIVOMED is part of the Thedinghausen stable equipment manufacturer Röwer & Rüb.

The systems are cardio-circulatory-safe, approved at all international FEI tournaments, and are supported with a comprehensive introduction as well as telephone support and follow-up care by the company's own veterinarian Dr. Baumann. Maintenance and repair are carried out by the in-house technical service with a delivery note.

History

Foundation at the beginning of the year with a team of four people (engineering, veterinary medicine, technician, seamstress).
