ACTRON POWER GmbH, headquartered in Erding with a branch office in Hannover, is a young company of the ACTRON GROUP focused on battery and battery cells for industrial customers. Its service portfolio covers power supply solutions from concept through design to series production and after-sales services. The portfolio ranges from rechargeable lithium-ion coin cells (formats 0854 to 1454) and lithium polymer pouch cells with capacities from 30 to 10,000 mAh, including round and curved formats, to cylindrical cells (14500, 18650, 21700), prismatic cells (103450), LiFePO4, NiMH and primary cells. In addition, the company develops and manufactures custom battery packs in soft and hard cases with BMS technology – joined by ultrasonic or laser welding or using the low-pressure molding process. Cell production takes place with certified production partners in China, including fully automated coin cell lines in class 10K cleanrooms; ACTRON POWER handles supply chain, quality and project management as well as certifications. Customers include companies from medical technology, telecommunications, mechanical engineering, control systems, automation and building services.
