ACU PHARMA und CHEMIE GmbH in Apolda specializes in ultra-fine grinding of solids and offers contract manufacturing, contract grinding and fine grinding of powder products. Since 1999, the company has been a contract micronizer in the pharmaceutical sector and achieves particle sizes below 100 µm in ultra-fine grinding; micronization also improves, among other things, the dissolution behaviour and bioavailability of active and excipient ingredients. The service portfolio includes grinding, micronization, cryogenic grinding, mixing, filling and packaging as well as accompanying product development up to market launch. Thanks to different plant sizes, orders from pilot scale to large-scale production can be realized.
