About Ademes Maschinenbau
Ademes Maschinenbau is a sole proprietorship based in Bitburg in the Eifel region, which has been active as a supplier to the automotive industry and special-purpose machinery engineering for more than 20 years. On modern MAZAK and CHIRON CNC machining centres as well as CNC and conventional lathes, the company manufactures precision milled and turned parts as prototypes, individual parts and small series, which are used worldwide. In the 3-axis milling area, travel distances of 1.660 × 510 × 510 mm are available, and in the 4-axis area 800 × 400 × 350 mm; in turning, the range covers turning diameters of 4 to 250 mm with a distance between centres of 1.000 mm and speeds of 1 to 10.000 1/min. In addition to machining, Ademes designs and manufactures fixtures, assemblies and special-purpose machines to customer specifications, such as conveying systems for the automotive industry or a sawing machine for processing frozen pasta, which are delivered function-tested. Quality assurance is carried out systematically, supported by a 3D coordinate measuring machine with Metrolog XG software (measuring range 800 × 400 × 300 mm). The quality management system is certified to ISO 9001:2015.

Manufacturing processes
CNC milling
Milled parts as prototypes, individual parts and small series on MAZAK and CHIRON machining centres, max. travel 1.660 × 510 × 510 mm (3 axes) or 800 × 400 × 350 mm (4 axes).
CNC and conventional turning
Individual parts and small series with turning diameters of 4–250 mm, distance between centres of 1.000 mm and a speed range of 1–10.000 1/min.
Assembly
Assemblies designed and manufactured to customer specifications and delivered function-tested.
Fixture construction
Hydraulic multiple clamping fixtures with a low-clamping system for machining centres.
Special-purpose machinery engineering
Design and construction of special-purpose machines such as conveying systems for the automotive industry or sawing machines for frozen pasta.
