About ADLER

ADLER-Werk Lackfabrik Johann Berghofer GmbH & Co KG is an independent Tyrolean family business founded in 1934 that manufactures paints, lacquers and wood protection products. The range comprises more than 10,000 items: interior wall and façade paints, wood protection, wood glazes, wood stains, stains, oils, waxes, furniture and parquet lacquers, UV lacquers as well as window and door coatings. Production takes place exclusively at the company's headquarters in Schwaz in Tyrol; since 2018 a water-based lacquer factory with a capacity of up to 30,000 tonnes of water-based paints and lacquers per year as well as a fully automated high-bay warehouse have been available there. Two thirds of the range are water-thinnable. The products are aimed at carpenters and joiners, timber construction, painters, the furniture and kitchen industry, manufacturers of windows, doors, stairs and parquet as well as architects, retailers and DIY enthusiasts. In addition, the company offers advice on lacquer selection, test coatings in its application technology department, a colour shade service and training.
