Adolf Darbo AG is an Austrian family-owned company based in Stans in Tyrol, specializing in the production of jams, syrups, fruit jellies, fruit preparations and the filling of honey. The company produces at four Tyrolean locations and supplies food retail, gastronomy and hotels, bakeries and further-processing food companies such as dairies. The business was founded in 1879 by Rudolf Darbo as a fruit steam plant in Gorizia (Görz); in 1918 the family relocated to Stans. In the 2024 financial year, the company generated revenue of 197.1 million euros with around 440 employees and an export share of 60 %. In Austria, Darbo achieves market shares of around 60 % in jam, 30.1 % in honey and 14.6 % in syrup. Since 2009, 98 % of the voting rights have been back in family ownership.
