Adolf Gerber Baumanagement Gesellschaft mbH from Darmstadt is a practice-oriented service provider for cost, procurement and construction management as well as interprofessional project controlling. The team of architects, civil engineers and industrial engineers takes on cost estimation and calculation in accordance with DIN 276, cost determination of building refurbishment requirements, preparation of bills of quantities and execution of procurement in accordance with HOAI (phases 6-7), as well as site supervision, construction management and property support (phases 8-9). With the Interprofessional Project Controlling offered for several years now, procurement and site management experience feed back into the early planning phases from design phase 1 onwards – both in construction-technical and construction-legal terms – in cooperation with a law firm specializing in construction and architectural law. Clients include public building owners such as university medical centers and higher education institutions, municipalities, the housing sector, property developers as well as commercial, administrative and laboratory buildings. To date, the company has realized a construction volume of more than EUR 1 billion.
