About ADOTC
ADOTC GmbH develops automated cells and production lines for industrial textile manufacturing. The technology platform combines robotics for textile handling and seam guidance, process-specific end effectors, machine vision, AI-based trajectory planning and a connected software layer into a flexibly configurable system for sewing, welding and bonding flexible textiles. The focus is on selected assembly operations in apparel production and technical textiles; the first production line targets automated T-shirt production from cotton, polyester and blended fibers with a target capacity of up to 120 shirts per hour. The system is designed to be expandable to further products and materials and suitable for industrial operation up to 3-shift operation. In addition to implementing automation cells, ADOTC offers pilot projects, feasibility assessments and process monitoring with live KPIs and remote diagnostics. The company is based in Berlin and works with partners from textile engineering and automation, including from the environment of RWTH Aachen.
