About ADS-TEC Energy
ADS-TEC Energy develops and produces battery-supported platform solutions based on scalable lithium-ion battery storage. The portfolio includes battery-buffered fast-charging systems (ChargeBox, ChargePost) as well as scalable large-scale storage solutions (BESS760, BESS5000) for applications such as peak shaving, self-consumption optimization, grid services, emergency power supply and ultra-fast charging at power-limited grids. The systems consist of highly integrated battery storage technology, power electronics and proprietary software and energy management solutions including IT security, all developed entirely in-house. Digital twin and cloud technology safeguards cell performance for up to 10 years. The offering is complemented by its own service division (ServiceCrew) with remote diagnostics, on-site service, spare parts supply and training across the entire life cycle. Customers include energy utilities, charging infrastructure operators, industry, retail and municipalities; references include, among others, MVV and the retail group Müller. ADS-TEC Energy GmbH, based in Nürtingen, is a 100% subsidiary of NASDAQ-listed ads-tec Energy plc (Dublin); production takes place at the Klipphausen site near Dresden, and another site in Auburn, Alabama (USA) is under construction.
