About ADTRACON

ADTRACON GmbH develops and produces reactive hot-melt adhesives (PUR hotmelts) as well as non-reactive hotmelts, coating adhesives and PUR cleaning systems for industrial manufacturing. Product lines include AdtraPUR (including Low Emission with less than 0.1% free monomeric MDI, Flameproof, Lightfast), AdtraTUBE as a low-temperature application hotmelt, AdtraCOAT and AdtraCLEAN. In addition to brand manufacturing, the company offers contract development and contract production: the systems process viscosities up to 100,000 mPas at temperatures up to 180 °C, and production is carried out under vacuum or inert gas. The range of services includes raw material investigations, baseline formulations, scale-up to industrial scale as well as consulting, training and process optimization for adhesive users. Development, laboratory and small-series production are located in Hilden, while industrial large-scale production takes place in Pirmasens. Customer industries include the automotive, textile and filter industries, wood and leather processing, bookbinding and the aviation industry.
