About Advanpure
Advanpure GmbH, headquartered in Recklinghausen, specialises in the cleaning of exhaust aftertreatment systems: diesel particulate filters (DPF), catalytic converters (DOC), SCR/AdBlue systems and petrol particulate filters (OPF) from cars, vans, trucks, buses and construction machinery are regenerated using a thermodynamic cleaning process combined with wet cleaning – up to 97% of the DPF, without damage to the core or shell. The company also offers its self-developed cleaning systems AD4000, AD5000 and AD7000 for purchase or leasing to workshops and fleet operators. Following the conformity assessment by the Kraftfahrt-Bundesamt (KBA) and the takeover of the Baumot product portfolio, Advanpure has been developing and manufacturing its own exhaust aftertreatment systems (DPF systems BA and BAB) for retrofitting to EURO 6 standard since 2021. Customers include car and commercial vehicle workshops, bus companies, freight forwarders and construction machinery operators. Around 30 employees work at three sites in Germany, Poland and the Czech Republic.

The quality of the cleaning is verified through regular objective material tests of cleaned DPF, DOC and SCR units by the testing service provider diondo GmbH; customers receive a cleaning report. Advanpure is certified to DIN ISO 9001:2015 (including development and manufacture of EAS systems) and holds a CoP information document or a manufacturer certificate from the Kraftfahrt-Bundesamt (KBA).

- 1988–2011
Baumot develops the first exhaust aftertreatment systems; over 60,000 retrofitted on- and off-road vehicles. Many employees and all licenses today belong to the Advanpure Group.
- 2010–2011
Research, planning and development phase of the engineers for a new cleaning process.
- 2012
Founding of Advanpure; the process enables for the first time the regeneration of up to 97% of the DPF without damage.

The self-developed cleaning systems come onto the market.

Visit from Member of Parliament Frank Schwabe, planned market launch of the BNOx system with the Baumot Group and new cleaning machine AD4000.
