About AEOS

AEOS GmbH is an aerospace company founded in 2025 in Munich by three TUM master's students. The company pursues the vision of developing hypersonic reusable high-speed aircraft as an alternative to conventional rockets and of putting Europe at the forefront of the space sector. The development areas include hypersonics, propulsion engineering and materials science, with development following the principle of Design, Build, Test and Iterate in rapid cycles. The core project is the Helios α engine, which as a prototype is intended to represent a first step towards European high-speed flight at high speeds and altitudes. The multidisciplinary team combines expertise from aerospace engineering, electrical engineering and materials science. The company is headquartered at Valleystraße 26 in Munich.
