About AESSEAL Deutschland
AESSEAL Deutschland GmbH is the German branch of the AESSEAL group, a manufacturer of sealing technology founded in 1979 that today operates 235 sites in 104 countries. The company develops and manufactures mechanical seals, gas seals, component seals, bearing protection seals (bearing isolators), supply systems as well as gland packing, which increase the operating time of pumps and rotating equipment and reduce maintenance costs. Manufacturing includes machining on 9-axis machine tools with over 300 tool positions as well as the assembly of modules, including CE-certified supply systems. All products are developed in 3D CAD that is fully integrated with CAM and PLM; in addition, FEA, CFD and a comprehensive product validation and testing programme are employed. The CAPI seal range meets the testing requirements of API 682. The products are used, among other things, in the automotive industry, in biofuels, chemicals and pharmaceuticals, the food and beverage industry and metal processing. In Germany there is a headquarters in Kronau and a Service Centre in Sauerlach; delivery reliability is 98.7% according to company statements.

AESSEAL applies a quality management system in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001:2015. For verification, a test rig for gas and conventional mechanical seals is available with speeds of up to 45000 rpm, pressures up to 350 bar and temperatures up to 280 °C.
