About Aeternum Solutions
Aeternum Solutions has been active as a system provider for the automotive industry since 2013. Its core competence is the handling of major loss events following hail storms as well as project work across the entire automotive environment. The range of services includes paintless dent removal (Smart Repair), stationary and mobile vehicle painting, body construction and accident repair with original spare parts, glass repairs and wrapping as well as the removal of emission damage from paint layers. With the hail scanner from Auto-Scan, damage recording is fully automated: the vehicle is scanned in 5 seconds, and the number and size of dents are classified per component. For insurers, automobile manufacturers, fleets and car dealerships, the company takes over complete project management including logistics, administration and digital process documentation with live monitoring; the start of claims settlement is possible within 48 hours. A pool of around 250 hail technicians and international partners in Europe, the USA, South Africa and Australia is drawn upon. The company is headquartered in Hofgeismar in northern Hesse, with further locations in Kassel and Vellmar.
