Since 2003, AF-COLOR has been part of the international Feddersen Group as an independent brand and operates as a branch of AKRO-PLASTIC GmbH in Niederzissen. The company develops and produces custom color masterbatches (AF-Color®), technically demanding carbon black concentrates (AF-Carbon®), additive masterbatches (AF-Complex®), biodegradable masterbatches based on polyesters (AF-Eco®) as well as purging compound (AF-Clean®). As a branch of AKRO-PLASTIC GmbH, the company leverages synergies in compounding, particularly with regard to know-how and manufacturing. In addition to masterbatch production, its core services include research & development, training and consulting on product selection, equipment and application technology.
