About AFD Armaturen
AFD Armaturen Fertigungs- und Dienstleistungs GmbH was founded in 1998 at the Leuna chemical site in the Central German chemical triangle. The company plans, manufactures and modifies industrial valves, plant components and automated valves as single or complete solutions. The manufacturing area produces special valves, strainers, condensate systems as well as drain and vent assemblies; in addition, valves with pneumatic or electric actuators are delivered fully assembled. As a specialist trading partner, AFD supplies the chemical industry and plant engineering from a warehouse of around 1500 m² with standard valves to DIN and ANSI, automation components and piping accessories in steel, stainless steel and cast. The range is complemented by technical consulting, expert opinions, and the testing and setting of safety valves; acceptance test certificates to EN 10204 are supplied on request.
