About AFIX Group
AFIX Group is a manufacturer of multidimensional system scaffolding and steel scaffolding decks according to the European standards EN 12810/12811, headquartered in Aalter (Belgium). At two production sites – Staalprofiel in Rotterdam (Netherlands) and Aris in Turkey – standards, system decks, gratings, guardrails, rosettes and beams as well as custom and OEM components are manufactured. Processes include fully automated roll-forming of cold profiles, laser cutting of rosettes from 10 mm steel, robot-controlled welding and certified hot-dip galvanizing (full-dip process). High-strength S355JOH steel (yield strength min. 400 N/mm²) is used for the X52 range and construction steel S235JR for the X37 range; scaffolding decks receive a self-healing coating. In addition to production, the group offers sales, rental, financing (FINSCAFF), engineering with structural calculations, assembly, inspection, training and just-in-time warehouse deliveries from around 100,000 m² of scaffolding stock at 11 logistics locations. Customers come from construction, industry (tank construction, petrochemicals, shipbuilding, food, energy), infrastructure and the events sector.
