AGATEX Feinchemie GmbH is an Austrian family-owned company headquartered in Edt bei Lambach (Upper Austria) that has been developing, producing and distributing chemical speciality products and fine chemicals since 1921. The core of the product range comprises textile and fibre auxiliaries, surface-active products, defoamers and deaerators, surface protection as well as lubricants and processing aids. The portfolio includes more than 500 different products and is complemented by an offering for refrigeration technology: refrigerants and refrigeration compressor oils, leak detection agents, air conditioning service equipment as well as the professional reprocessing and disposal of refrigerants. In addition, AGATEX acts as a contract manufacturer, offering customers the opportunity to expand their own production capacity as needed. Customers come from the textile and fibre industry, the nonwovens, wood, paper and pulp sectors, the chemical industry as well as from automotive suppliers and the automotive industry. In addition to its headquarters in Austria, the company maintains offices and locations in Thailand (Bangkok and Prachinburi).
