About ATC-3D

ATC-3D is a 3D printing service provider based in Nußloch near Heidelberg, specializing in the additive manufacturing of industrial plastic components. Its portfolio of services covers consulting, design for additive manufacturing with FEM analysis, 3D printing using FDM/FFF, SLA/MSLA/DLP and SLS processes, 3D scanning (scan-to-print, actual-to-nominal comparison), topology optimization as well as laser marking on metal and plastic. Production operates with über 20 professional desktop 3D printers, including large-format FDM printing up to 1.000 × 1.000 × 1.000 mm and high-temperature printing up to 695 × 500 × 600 mm for materials such as PEEK, PEKK and Ultem. The material portfolio comprises more than 30 materials, including ESD-safe, UL94-V0 flame-retardant, Kevlar- and carbon-fiber-reinforced as well as flexible plastics. ATC-3D manufactures prototypes, one-off pieces and small series for industry, trades, architecture, research, security technology and the classic car spare parts sector. Reference projects document the production of detailed architectural models, headlight masks made of PACF and adapter components for RFID door-frame readers.
