Aggrosoft GmbH, based in Rehau (Bavaria), develops and distributes the inventory management system Warexo, an all-in-one ERP solution for small and medium-sized enterprises. The software includes quotation and order processing, purchasing planning, warehouse management, accounting functions with DATEV export, and a TSE-compliant POS solution with GDPdU export. More than 30 interfaces connect Warexo with webshops, marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, Otto and Kaufland, as well as with shipping providers such as DHL, DPD and GLS. All data is stored on the customer's own web server; the architecture follows established industry standards and GDPR requirements. A REST API, a CSV import and workflow automation enable adaptation to individual processes. The company is led by Alexander Kludt (CTO) and Stefan Kludt (CEO) and is registered in the commercial register of Hof/Saale under HRB 5408.
