AGRITEC: Mounted implements for green space maintenance from Altlußheim
AGRITEC GmbH in Altlußheim near Speyer is an independent manufacturer of mounted implements for the establishment, maintenance and regeneration of green spaces in landscaping and gardening. At its site in the Rhine-Neckar metropolitan region, the company develops and produces flail mowers and flail mulchers, soil tillers, rotary tillers, scarifiers, embankment mowers, mowing and grass collection combinations as well as artificial turf maintenance machines. AGRITEC originated in 1985 as a subsidiary of the internationally active WAMGROUP and has been organized since 2015 as its own GmbH with headquarters in D-68804 Altlußheim on a site of over 14,500 m² belonging to WAM GmbH. The site houses the research and development department, design, production and warehouse halls, welding shop and a test centre in which mounted implements are measured, weighed and accepted on the carrier vehicle. Production includes laser cutting, welding in steel and metal construction, powder coating and final assembly. The implements are built for tractors, carrier vehicles and excavators, also with hydraulic drive, and cover fields of application such as landscaping, municipal operations, sports and artificial turf maintenance, viticulture, orchards, nurseries, greenhouses and golf courses.

Materials and processes
Steel (powder-coated frames)
Powder-coated steel frames form the body and attachment systems of the mounted implements and offer high chemical and mechanical resistance.
Spring steel (spring tines)
Millimetre-precisely adjustable spring tines made of spring steel loosen granulate and compacted surfaces, particularly on artificial turf maintenance machines.
Synthetic fibres (brushes)
Synthetic fibres serve as brush bristles for levelling and sweeping the granulate on artificial turf surfaces.
