AGROPAC is a family-run company founded in 1948 in Breitenfeld an der Rittschein (south-eastern Styria) and today operates as Holzwerke und Handelsges.m.b.H. & Co. KG in its third and fourth generation. What began as a contract-sawing sawmill developed into an industrial enterprise with three divisions: custom-made industrial packaging made of wood, metal and cardboard for the transport, storage and export of heavy goods; playground equipment, sports facilities and park equipment for municipalities, schools and leisure businesses; as well as wine boxes, gift boxes and custom-made wooden boxes, finished on request. The value chain covers consulting, CAD planning, in-house production, delivery as well as storage, logistics and fulfillment at the ALC Logistic Center operated since 2016. Around 50 employees manufacture with a wide variety of materials and technologies; since 2007 the company has been certified to ISO 9001.
