About AGS-Engineering
AGS-Engineering GmbH, based in Aurolzmünster (Upper Austria), has been developing and manufacturing customised automation solutions, robot cells and special-purpose machinery since 2003. The service portfolio includes handling and palletising, packaging, robot-assisted welding, CNC loading and unloading, robot-based milling and machining cells for wood, plastics, CFRP, GFRP and metal, assembly systems as well as retrofit and virtual commissioning. Design, electrical engineering (EPLAN), software (in-house ACS software), 2D/3D image processing, mechanical construction, assembly and commissioning are largely carried out in-house. The machining systems cover workpieces up to 40 m in length (robot milling system with 40-metre linear axis) and workpieces of Ø 140–410 mm and up to 2,000 mm in length (heavy-duty robotics retrofit). Customers come from the food, logistics, wood, plastics & composites, metal, aerospace and mobility industries, including AMAG, FACC, Fronius, MAHLE, Pöttinger, voestalpine and KTM. The company employs more than 50 staff and is a KUKA-certified partner.
